Gavin has deep, hands-on experience marketing global lifestyle brands and smaller design-focused companies, launching brands and driving consumer interactions with his strategic focus and creative insight.
After years as a marketing strategist and director at both traditional and interactive advertising agencies such as Grey Advertising and Tribal DDB, where he led the agency teams on clients including Sephora and Saks Fifth Avenue, he is able to combine strategic insight with the creative ability to realize projects.
As SVP and strategic marketing lead at VP+C Partners, one of the most respected design-focused integrated marketing agencies in New York City, he worked with clients including Conde Nast, Samsung, Farmacy Beauty, St Charles New York and Crosby Street Studios. He headed marketing and business development in the U.S. for the organization, then expanded the company globally to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India.
In 2012, Gavin first launched AcuityMKTG to respond to the demand for digital marketing services from VP+C clients such as Benjamin Moore and Forty One Madison.
Subsequently, he grew the company into a standalone boutique digital and ecommerce agency focused on both trade and consumer home furnishings companies as well as lifestyle and apparel brands.
Today, he brings his ability to respond to consumer trends, insights into the business of design and the day to day management of a robust online presence to both long term clients and one-off projects.
